My son didn't want to sleep

My husband suppose to leave last night, he had bought the ticket for the 7.30pm bus, but he changed his mind when he got to the station, and decided leaving at early this morning. So he could stay one more night with us. My son felt excited when dad was back again last night. He did not want to sleep until midnight. My husband and I felt very tired, but he was still energetic. At last, I could not stand up anymore and said to my son, "I will leave if you don't sleep." it works sometimes. Afraid of me leave him, and fell asleep quickly.
