Today, the head nurse ask me if I want to work in operation room again, because as more opertion, they need two more nurses, and I am the one with experience, so the head nurse want me work there, but I haven't been working in OR for five years. and this operation room is not like the one I worked before, besides I don't like working with my husband in the same department, and I hate calling me back to work anytime when I am off job. I like the job in emergency department,it is so simple. we don't need do many trifle things as in ward, but the night duty is so tiresome, and all of my coworkers are local people, I feel they are kind of reject people from another place, It is so hard to decide where I should work.
